VBS 2025 & Fun ‘N the Son Day!!!
It’s that time!
First Assembly of God, Clifton Forge presents MAGNIFIED! for our 2025 Vacation Bible School week! Come join us for dinner, games, learning, music, movies, dancing, and more each night beginning Monday, June 23, 2025! We will serve dinner each night, beginning at 6PM in our fellowship hall, and classes begin at 6:30 and release nightly around 8:45. VBS continues nightly through the week, rain or shine, concluding on Friday night with a family fun day where the entire family is welcome to join the festivities. We will have all games, music, and food served outside, with a special treat for all of our VBS guests! We will also run our bus each evening to pick up and drop off VBS participants at CliftonDale Park, Clifton Woods Apartments, and East Coast gas station.
Important: If you would like to register your child for VBS and\or if your child needs a ride, please register early! Kids can’t ride the van without completing the online VBS registration form and bus rider form: rb.gy/o48rxr
Fun ‘N the Son Day!
First Assembly Clifton Forge would also like to invite everyone in our community and surrounding areas to come out and enjoy a fun filled day at the church for our first annual Fun ‘N the Son day! Event begins at 10am on Saturday, June 28th and will conclude at 6PM.
Common Ground youth group is raising money towards their trip to Florida in July, and have put together a carnival or fair environment for all ages to come out and enjoy! As a blow out bash to finalize our VBS week and continue to raise funds, the youth will have games such as Ski Ball, Ring Toss, Dart Balloons, Milk Bottles, Corn Hole, Basketball, Face Painting, a Dunk Tank, prizes, and much more!
We know it is hot, so we are bringing in the big guns, with a 50 foot water bounce obstacle course and a 22 foot tall dual water slide courtesy of Mallie’s Bouncies of Roanoke! We will also have hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixings, chip, drinks, candy, and of course, ice cream all for purchase!
To end the event, we will have a live music performance from one of our very own and local musical groups on stage.
